With the New Year here and the constant bombardment of New Year’s resolutions, we have been reflecting on the craziness of this tradition. We are in the middle of the winter; a time of dormancy and hibernation, yet many of us take this time to start new (and sometimes impossible) resolutions. Nature around us is resting and is in a cycle of sleep. This is a time for reflection, healing and letting go of the past so that when the spring arrives we are ready to start anew.
With these thoughts in mind we have themed the second edition around reflecting and seeking answers within vs. reinventing or making bid changes. We encourage you to be gentle with yourself, follow your own intuition and listen to what your body needs. We hope that these articles give you the inspiration to get back in tune with the natural rhythms of life and find your path to fulfillment and a joyful life.
We hope that you enjoy this edition and we ask that you help us grow the Muse by sharing it with your family and friends. We have added social media share buttons on the website to make it easy to pass along your favorite articles.
